Recently chose to enter a piece into a “Call for Artists” which benefits a shelter for dogs and cats. My daughter and I spent a weekend taking numerous photos of her and our three rescues. The result is “Greyt Love” which was accepted to be shown. Am extremely thrilled to be included and hope my contribution will benefit the shelter and aid them in continuing to provide care for animals in need.

Nude Nite, the Next Adventure

The human body has always been a subject of beauty to me and primary focus in quite a few of my pieces. When this notification was received it felt like perfection. First hurdle, to find a nude model. Surprisingly, discovered this was not a difficult task and have a beautiful model who has agreed to be my subject. Next, layout, composition and determining the desired emotional expression of the piece. Feeling excited to see where this new endeavor will lead and watch the artwork unfold.
